The Opportunity

Reporting to the National Field Manager, you will drive growth by executing sales strategies with your independent and bannered grocery stores, whilst continuing to build on already well-established customer relationships. Within this role you will also be responsible for the development of key accounts including educating and training your customers on our products and maintaining our CRM system.


It’s all about YOU

Ideally you will have sales experience in the independent grocery channel or the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of achieving solid sales results. You will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong listening and written/verbal communication skills

  • Good analytical skills and sound business acumen

  • Self-motivated, robust priority planning and effective time management skills

  • The ability to develop, document & effectively communicate a strong action plan

  • Demonstrates integrity and high personal standards

  • Proactively identifies problems and recommends viable solutions

  • Ability to travel regionally will be required a few times per year.
