Marketing and Communications
Marketing and Communication (M&C) is the central marketing and communication service at The University of Queensland. The team is responsible for the University's central marketing strategy, strategic communication, publications, design, media management, brand management, advertising, and corporate and student recruitment events.
M&C has responsibilities across the span of the University's campuses and operations, nationally and internationally. We work closely with executive staff, senior staff, and marketing and communication staff. The University of Queensland (UQ) is significantly investing in best practice digital Customer Experience transformation program. The aim of the program is to enhance the University position, relationships and reputation with its various stakeholder groups through high quality marketing and communications strategies.
The CX Program is a joint partnership with Information Technology Services (ITS) and Marketing and Communication (M&C) and aims to deliver a host of benefits to UQ through the provision of strategy, performance measures, technology platforms, policies and processes to enable an enterprise wide, coordinated personalised engagement experience for all UQ's key stakeholder groups.

About This Opportunity
As the Change Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of change management treatments that will enable the successful roll out of the CRM and MA solution across UQ. You will engage with stakeholders to understand the impact of new business processes and embed solutions that ensure adoption of system and business changes.
This position is located at our Toowong office location on High Street, just minutes from the CBD and walking distance from public transport.
Our Ideal Candidate
As the ideal candidate for the Change Specialist role, you will have relevant postgraduate qualifications in organisational change, project managements, and business or within a related field. Or significant experience in a similar position within a large complex organisation.
Key Experience:
- Proven experience with successfully managing organisational change and managing projects within complex organisations.
- Proven experience within consulting, partnering and coaching senior leaders and engaging with stakeholders to deliver change outcomes within a large complex environment, preferably at a University.
- Demonstrated expertise in writing for internal communications, including the development of key messages and effective dissemination to diverse audiences using a variety of communication channels.
- Experience in enabling capability uplift including undertaking learning needs analysis, and designing a learning approach, developing training resources and delivering training to groups.

What We Can Offer
This is a full-time, fixed term position up to 12 month at Hew level 8.
The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $100,264.90-
$112,583.95 plus super of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be in the range $117,309 - $131,723
