Your role
You will be responsible for implementing Traffic Management plans in conjunction with Traffic Engineers, Project Director, and the project teams. While implementing day-to-day traffic management activities you will also negotiate critical action plans with the client and major stakeholders. As the go-to leader in the wider Traffic team, you will ensure that the approved traffic control measures are established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with the approved plans. The company
This position is with a civil contractor that is steadily growing and delivering multi-million-dollar civil works in South East Queensland. They have proved themselves as a company willing to give their staff the correct training and ultimate responsibility to safely deliver complex civil projects. While based primarily in Brisbane, they have multiple project sites in South East Queensland where an experienced Traffic Manager will work across a range of challenging environments with the industry’s best Civil Professionals.

Experience

• Traffic Management Implementation Certificate
• Traffic Management Design Certificate or Engineering Degree
• Drive to work closely with the project teams, clients, and supplier representatives
• Displayed motivation, integrity, and accountability
• Leadership skills to train up more junior Traffic Engineers
