JOB DESCRIPTION

ADMIN/RECEPTION FULL TIME POSITION

 Nighthawk Transport is looking for a full time admin receptionist for our Katherine office. You will be required to work 5 days per week and every second Saturday morning. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming telephone calls Meet and greet clients in a courteous and professional manner General administration duties Book and release freight for customers Raise consignment notes in system and maintain accuracy in data entry Raise invoices when required Successful candidate will possess: Mature attitude with the ability to work with minimum supervision Pleasant and professional phone manner Knowledge of general freight and transport industry Reliable and organised with exceptional attention to detail Ability to use initiative and proactively solve problems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer skills Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise, handle pressure and work as part of a team Forklift licence would be an advantage If you have relevant experience in a similar role and believe you have the necessary skills and ability to meet the above requirements, please email a cover letter and a copy of your resume to joce@nighthawktransport.com References must be supplied and will be checked.
