Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.

Create and modify digital and physical resources for Tasmanian Electoral Commission (TEC) communications material, general electoral information, staff training, and school and community education.
Provide support to the operations area in design and maintenance of operational materials including signage, manuals and process documents.
Design and manage and maintain the TEC’s eLearning environment.
Be responsible for the production and issuing of media releases, annual reports and other TEC documents.
Monitor and provide content for the TEC’s social media channels and manage small in-house social media campaigns.
Develop and assist in the roll-out of critical election productions and engagement promotions, including liaising and coordinating contractors and stakeholders for electoral events such as election tally-rooms.
Undertake minor projects and research and make recommendations on a range of topics, including education and training resources, digital tools, and modern communication methods.
Develop, implement and ensure compliance with a TEC style guide.
