About This Opportunity
As the Research Partnerships Manager, you will partner with the University’s Research community (Researchers, Research Partnerships Managers, Research Partnerships Office, Legal, Research Management Office and Commercial Partners) in support of the Institute’s research contract management and industry engagement.

This position is located at our picturesque St Lucia campus.
Our Ideal Candidate
Boasting knowledge and experience of industrial research requirements and proven skills in research contract administration and management, you should possess or be in progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive contract management experience, preferably in the tertiary education or research sectors. Prior demonstrated experience navigating a large and complex organisation combined with your demonstrated understanding of intellectual property management and knowledge transfer is integral to your success in the role. The ability to review complex agreements and engage effectively with lawyers; in addition to outstanding communication, organisation, negotiation, and project management skills is essential to the role.

What We Can Offer
This is a full-time, fixed term position for up to 2 years at Professional Level 08.
The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $100,264.90 - $112,583.95 plus super of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be in the range $117,309.93 - $131,723.21.
