Their growth in business has opened up an opportunity and are now seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in driving business forward and further develop through social media and digital media platforms within their marketing department.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to an experienced and nurturing Marketing Manager - Brand, working alongside the Marketing team. This is a permanent role supported by a high performing and driven team. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Drive and manage the marketing campaigns whilst assisting and supporting the Marketing and Business Development team
- Responsible for rolling out comprehensive marketing campaigns to participants and generate leads
- Work closely with the Partnership Manager and department to support existing and new strategic partnership relationships ensuring queries are handled and resolving issues
- Provide analysis and reporting on Business Development campaigns as well as recommendations for improvements
- Plan and execute marketing ideas and capture leads via digital marketing platforms
- Drive and manage the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) in diverse areas within the business
- Generate data as requested via Reporting Services for the use of eDMs and web changes
- Coordinate, maintain and update content provided by partners and sponsors on all marketing channels
Ideal Profile
- 1 - 2 years experience in Marketing
- A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management or Business is desirable
- Demonstrated working knowledge within a membership based organisation would be an advantage
- Previous experience in Vision6 (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong experience working with Social Media and Digital Media platforms
- Ideally, experience in processing invoices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Motivated and ambitious
- Adaptable and willingness to learn
- Driven and an ability to grasp multilayered concepts
- Able to work autonomously and within a team environment
