Who are Inside Global?

We are a leading B2B global sales outsourcing agency, specialising in offering multilingual inside sales on demand for global tech brands like Oracle, Google, IBM to help grow the world of the tech industry through innovation.

2020 was a massive year for us, expanding our territories by opening an office in Raleigh (US), and Liverpool (UK), with Australia next on the horizon. Due to our rapid expansion, we are looking for motivated, confident and ambitious individuals who are looking to launch or develop their career in technology sales and marketing to join us as a Sales Development Representative.

The Role:

  • Identifying, developing and qualifying new business opportunities with decision makers.
  • Initiating outbound telephone, email and social contact with these potential customers.
  • Making at least 100 phone calls each day.
  • Qualifying and closing sales appointments with these potential customers for our clients to attend.
  • Accurately updating the CRM and providing clients with accurate synopses of qualified sales appointments and supplying pre-meeting documents.
  • Proactively and effectively research in the initial development and ongoing maintenance of our clients' potential customers.
  • Able to work towards and exceed targets with a competitive spirit while upholding quality and integrity.
  • Speaking to C-level executives of some of the world's largest businesses and brands on a daily basis.
  • Be able to communicate your progress to clients effectively on weekly update calls and quarterly face to face reviews.

Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent English speaker with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient and confident using the phone.
  • A strong work ethic to succeed and hit targets.
  • Energetic with a hunger to succeed and increase your sales and marketing skill set.
  • Ability to take advice and feedback on board to constantly develop and improve.
