Well-established production facility located in Windsor is seeking a team-focused Maintenance Electrician with extensive, recent experience in industrial/manufacturing environment. Day shift to start with willingness to rotate through afternoon and night shifts a distinct advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure reliable and efficient operation of facility equipment and machinery with minimal downtime
• Preventative and corrective maintenance of plant and equipment
• Diagnose faults and improve processes
• Provide technical support to production team
• Promote EHS and Quality (ISO) principles

Skills and Experience:

• Trade qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience in industrial/manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of PLC (Allen-Bradley and Siemens) and SCADA (Wonderware) essential
• Experience using ERP (SAP) and CMMS (MEX) advantageous
• Exposure to robotic applications a bonus
• LF forklift licence desirable
• Full Australian work rights and willingness to undertake pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
• Physically fit and agile with ability to work using respiratory equipment and at heights and in confined spaces
• Team player with sense of humour and initiative to support continuous improvement efforts
• Safety focus and drive to generate high standard of output
• Hands-on motivation to mentor less-experienced team members
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable transport as limited public transport options
