A 4 to 6 month contract has become available with one of our clients, a leading medical device company, to assist with their regulatory affairs activities.

Depending on your level of experience, you will contribute to the registration maintenance of our client's existing products and lead two majors regulatory projects.

Reporting to the RA Manager, your day to day activities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Maintaining current product registrations and process registration changes when required.
  • Providing regulatory advice and expertise in projects including but not limited to acquisition integration, conformity assessment and product life cycle management.
  • Identifying and assessing changes in regulations/ new requirements and effectively communicate the impact to the Australian and New Zealand market to key stakeholders.
  • To liaise with, and establish good working relationships with internal colleagues, MTAA, the TGA and Medsafe.
  • Providing Regulatory support to post-market activities including product field actions and the management of Adverse Event reporting.

For this position, our client is willing to consider junior to senior candidates with medical device regulatory experience (class I, II, III). The projects and tasks that will be assigned to you will be aligned with your experience.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Scientific/Engineering Degree
  • A minimum of 2-3 year of regulatory affairs experience in the medical device industry. Experience with Class III devices will be highly regarded but is not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
