About the Role
We are seeking a People Culture & Recruitment Coordinator who has a passion to grow their career and enjoys working collaboratively with our HR Team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support with the coordination of day to day operation of HR functions such as learning and development, performance management and general HR administration
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Generating employee reporting across the organisation
- Executive assistance to the chief People Officer
About You
We are looking for someone who describes themselves as a doer with good levels of confidence and resilience who is ready for a new challenge. Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Strong 360 degree recruitment experience.
- Preferably at least one year experience working in a HR Coordinator role
- Ability to maintain a high degree of trust and confidentiality
- Tertiary qualifications in a HR related discipline (or currently completing this qualification)
- Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of employees and management
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills
* This role is suitable fro HR Advisor, HR Coordinator or talent Acquisition Specialist with a HR degree. Salary will reflect experience.
