A leading Property Development company located in Melbourne's St Kilda Rd currently have a position available for a switched-on Team administrator that is looking to take a step up into their next step in their career. Your new role
Reporting to the two Victorian directors, your duties will include;

  • Assisting Directors in email and diary management as required
  • Tracking and managing lease renewals, sales / leasing submissions, following up payments, liaising with clients, manage bank guarantees, providing proofs for approval, prepare meeting presentations responding to general queries
  • Traditional PA/ad hoc administration requirements are required.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in a Property environment and be solutions focused with the ability to make decisions and think on your feet. The ideal candidate for this role will have

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in administration
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Immaculate presentation and impeccable communication skills.
  • You must feel confident liaising at all levels with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates with an understanding of Commercial Lease Administration will be highly regarded
