JOB DESCRIPTION

The Research Program Manager position will manage and coordinate the operationalisation of the AFTERCOR study both nationally and internationally. It will provide leadership and coordination within the group and manage the Research Program Support Officer/s. The Research Program Manager will liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the project is run effectively and provides high level of support which is required in a project of this nature.

About the Role

Lead the negotiation of standard and non-standard research contractual agreements with AFTERCOR study collaborators to safeguard the interests of the study sponsors, TPCH and MNHHS, including data sharing agreements, confidentiality agreements, collaborative research agreements and others as required.

Manage and maintain productive relationships; liaise, facilitate, negotiate and request information, responses and/or seek resolutions from investigators, study team and other staff across multi-faceted issues to ensure effective coordination of the study.

Work effectively with the global multi-disciplinary study team to facilitate and achieve the goals of the AFTERCOR study.

Ability to work independently within an environment which experiences regular change by adapting processes and timeframes to suit changing priorities as directed but also identifying strategies to manage the risks associated with changing key priorities and timeframes.
