JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Adobe Campaign developer, you will join our expanding Member Experience practice. In the role you will:

  • Work with technical leads to design campaign solutions that optimally utilises Adobe tools and supports business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Creative, Content, Marketing, and Brand teams to create and automate digital campaigns and customer journeys
  • Develop and track metrics for campaign effectiveness, including reporting on program outcomes/ progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide training to team members on using campaign platforms
  • Leveraging datasets to identify opportunities to improve performance, reach, and return on investment of marketing activities

Essential Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in business/marketing, finance, data science/analytics
  • Experience in banking, finance or insurance industries is highly desirable
  • Excellent skills in Excel (Macro Level)
  • An understanding of digital consent and privacy legislation
  • Experienced in marketing automation platforms such as Adobe campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAS MA, IBM Watson, Unica, etc.
  • Experience in other Adobe Marketing Cloud products such as Audience Manager, Target, AEM and Analytics would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated previous experience in building multi-channel campaign workflows/journeys
-Have an understanding of relational database structures, and query techniques - SQL skills desirable
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Previous experience in working on Digital projects in performing analysis to deliver front end member/customer facing features and journeys
