Our client is an international service provider with their Australian head office based centrally in Robina. Due to growth and a diversification of business, they have recently moved into beautiful new offices.

Supporting the Australian Country Manager, the role of Office Administrator will be responsible for the smooth running of the office. your role will involve -
  • Answering phones and redirecting calls
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Office maintenance (Safety checks, printer servicing etc)
  • Data entry
  • Troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • General administration tasks
The successful candidate will ideally be immediately available and can start within the next week to have a handover with the outgoing team member. You will be well organised, on the ball and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. This is great office environment which is corporate yet relaxed.
