Job Description

People Data & Process Supervisor – Brisbane Corporate Office

Reporting to the Global People Data & Process Coordinator, you will deliver a successful global contractor and organisational structure maintenance function, and the delivery of exceptional, on-time and high quality customer service.

You will be responsible for:

  • The team’s timely and accurate processing within the required Service Level Agreements (SLA),
  • Ensure compliance to Contractor Engagement/Organisational Management Frameworks within Anglo American
  • Manage the Contractor Engagement Portal including system configuration, user setup and administration, resolution of technical issues, enhancements and overall system support
  • Oversee the maintenance of contractors in the Australian region and regularly provide clean-up and compliance reporting for sites
  • Presentation of team performance at senior management meetings
  • Provide input into and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in change management and communication regarding contractor engagement and organisational maintenance changes/updates
  • Resolve escalated queries and issues and provide input into incident reports.
  • Provide superior customer service at first point of contact, ensuring all requests/queries are treated with urgency.
  • High level data analytical reporting

Qualifications

To be successful in the role you will have

  • Extensive previous experience in a similar high paced role
  • Previous supervisory experience would be an advantage
  • Customer service delivery experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a HR ERP – eg SAP, Success Factors (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills

This is a Monday-Friday position, based in our Brisbane Corporate Office, QLD.
