The Opportunity

With the ongoing growth of our client base and products, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time role based at our Global Head Office in Milton, Brisbane.

The primary purpose of this role is to support our clients by creating kick-ass content and strategy for their Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing initiatives. You'll also have the opportunity to write content to promote Scout Talent Group's own Employer Brand, with the potential to support our wider Marketing team in content and webinar creation for marketing to STG clients and prospects.

The role will involve...

  • Meeting with clients (usually over Zoom as we have clients all over Australia and overseas) to understand their Employee Value Propositions, their Employer Brands, their target candidate markets, and their talent competitors (while you're learning the ropes you'll have other members of the STG team join you in these meetings so you're not flying solo)
  • Creating various pieces of content (short-form and long-form) based on the information you've gleaned in the step outlined above, and depending on what the client is trying to achieve (e.g. blog posts, employee profile stories, careers website copy, EDMs)
  • Creating and executing multi-channel attraction strategies for clients looking for top talent - this includes copywriting of job advertisements and advising our Advertising and Administration Assistant on ad placement
  • Pulling reports related to Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding efforts, interpreting the data and providing insights/recommendations to clients
  • Joining our Business Development Executives in meetings (again, usually over Zoom) with prospects and clients to help them in explaining how our Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding services work and how we can help them

Who We're Looking For

This role will be well suited to someone who loves copywriting and content creation, client engagement, and strategic thinking. You might be a recent marketing graduate or someone with 1-2 years' marketing experience.

If you have any experience in HR and/or recruitment it would be a plus, but it's definitely not essential as we'll provide you with training on everything you need to know!

What is critical however, is the right attitude. We're looking for a quick learner who is articulate and confident. Initiative and a desire to achieve great things will be key, as will excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail. The ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks at once will also set you up for success in this busy position.

Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
