KomboGrass is an industry leader in the supply of no-infill artificial grass and installation services with a track record of high quality products and an excellent level of service to our customers.

We are seeking a confident, professional, experienced person to assist our team in managing and growing our client base on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane regions.

You will be a team player who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and be able to promote our brand, products and services to new and existing customers.

The role will require some self generation of leads as well as servicing those supplied by head office on a daily basis.

The role:

• meeting customers and conducting site measurements

• preparation and entry of project quotations

• daily management and update of CRM system and diary

• identifying and developing new customers

• actively participating in team meetings and updates

To be successful you will require the following:

• confidence in contacting and building relationships with customers

• excellent time management

• highly competent computer skills (our CRM system – full training provided, spreadsheets, online calendars such as Google Calendar)

• willingness to seek new opportunities

• understanding of quotation and order fulfillment processes

• willingness to take ownership of tasks from beginning to end

• be a hands on, practical person with a good technical ability

• a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably with a trade background or good understanding of building terms

• previous experience working to meet KPIs

• estimating experience would be highly valued
