NS Timber Flooring is a well-established, family owned and operated business supplying high end timber flooring for over 38 years. Due to increasing demand, we are now seeking an enthusiastic Showroom Manager to join our friendly team. This position would be suitable for any individual who possess an energetic and vibrant personality which reflects the quality of product and service we offer.

About the Role:

• This position will see you managing all aspects of the showroom
• Sales focus will not be limited to the showroom, but extend to building your own client base and meeting sales targets
• The successful candidate will be required to help clients navigate our extensive display and be motivated to drive sales
• It is expected you will develop strong knowledge of our products
• Day-to-day dealings with all aspects of sales, client management, reporting and administration

A successful candidate would possess the following:

• Previous experience in a sales team environment (prior experience in design, flooring, residential building or construction would be ideal)
• High standard of personal presentation and communication skills
• Skills to work productively in a small team environment
• Willingness to learn and gain industry knowledge
• Advanced computer skills within all major applications with prior CRM experience desirable
• Great customer service and people skills
• Superior organisation skills and an efficient multi-tasker

We are looking for a long term addition to our team of dedicated and experienced people. You will be given ongoing support and training with progression plans for the ambitious.

The position is full time with salary based on experience and skills with hours of work extending to Saturday Showroom trading hours as well.
