    About You

    As a Project Analyst you will be a self-starter, self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction. You will have highly developed analytical skills providing a focus on HR and Business data, with exceptional attention to detail. You understand complex contractual obligations with the ability to interpret, process and produce high-quality management reporting. You will be flexible and maintain composure in challenging situations. You are a respectful and professional person who demonstrates exceptional moral values in everything you do.

    About The Role

    The Transition Project is accountable for the planning and execution of project activities for the transition of people, assets and processes. The Project Analyst reports to the Transition Project Manager and is responsible for providing comprehensive HR and Operational reporting to the Transition Team, Contract Executives and other stakeholders as required. This position is a subject matter expert in reporting and data and will contribute to outcomes within the Project. Your views and advice will be highly respected and relied upon for excellent decision making.

    To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
    • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivots, data template design, data validation, macros, vlookup).
    • Good operational knowledge of processes and systems related to core people and organisational data.
    • Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels
    • Experience working for a large contractor with the customer on site. (desirable)
    • Previous experience with SAP HR reporting beneficial
    • Completed a bachelor’s degree
    • Excellent ability to analyse business information and problem-solve.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to work in a flexible and demanding environment ensuring effective time management and organisational skills.
