An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Physiotherapist to provide leadership and management of our Physiotherapy services. This is a fantastic chance to enjoy a new challenge in a rewarding role that offers variety, job satisfaction and will provide you with invaluable experience.

The Position:

As the Physiotherapy Team Leader your role will be to provide strong leadership and management of Physiotherapy services that support improved health outcomes for clients as part of a multidisciplinary, integrated and contemporary health service. This role will have a clinical caseload and also be actively involved in introducing and embedding innovative models of care.

Physiotherapy services are provided for the Health Independence Program which includes Sub Acute Care, Post-Acute Care and Complex Care Program, acute/ward setting, home and community care programs, rehabilitation (Sub-Acute), rehabilitation in the home and Aged Care.

Key attributes you need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant clinical experience.
  • Capacity to provide leadership and build capability within a team to achieve person centered health care in a changing environment
  • Extensive clinical experience and specialist knowledge in a hospital and/or community setting with demonstrated clinical skills in neurological, musculoskeletal or cardiorespiratory.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise key tasks to enable efficient management of staff and clinical workload.
