The Opportunity

  • We’re looking for a commercially-minded creative marketer to play a pivotal role in shaping the content and communications roadmap and contribute to the growth of the GoodHuman brand in Australia and globally.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing the content and communications strategy across key channels including our website, blog, social media, email and within the GoodHuman product experience. 
  • You will be responsible for growing and nurturing the GoodHuman community and ensuring users have an incredible experience at every single customer touchpoint. 
  • You will use your strong experience in content and/or social media marketing to step into a role where you will enjoy autonomy and ownership that will take your career to the next level. 
  • Reporting into the CMO, you will thrive in an environment of constant learning working closely with a super talented team of marketers, product designers, engineers and developers. 


The Role


Content 

Lead the development of an inspiring and informative content marketing program for key B2B and B2C audience segments. Including: 

  • Ideating, creating and delivering exceptional written, video and audio content that works across different marketing channels including web, blog, social media and email. 
  • Creating and owning the content roadmap and content schedule.
  • Effectively managing external copywriting, design and production partners, including agencies and freelancers.


Social Media 

Drive the strategic planning and be responsible for the management of the GoodHuman social media channels. Including: 

  • Consideration of business and marketing objectives for key B2C and B2B audience segments to develop a comprehensive social media strategy (organic and paid) across relevant social media channels.
  • Building and nurturing the GoodHuman community online and working closely with key internal stakeholders to share insights, including the Customer Success team. 
  • Managing paid social media campaigns to meet traffic acquisition and retention objectives.
  • Creating co-branded partner communication plans for B2B customers to execute across their social media channels.


Communication & PR 

  • Be the go-to-person at GoodHuman when it comes to expressing the GoodHuman tone of voice through copywriting. Including in key channels such as email, website, sales and distribution channels (ie App Stores) and within the product experience. 
  • End to end management of PR campaigns and events (online and/or offline) as required targeting Investor, B2B and/or B2C audiences.


The Skill set

  • You have 3+ years of relevant marketing experience across multiple channels, ideally in a digital business.
  • You are a marketer who loves nothing more than a killer customer insight, and have a demonstrated ability to bring brands and products to life through content.
  • You are a natural story-teller and your friends would describe you as someone who is passionate about writing, design and other creative pursuits. 
  • You have developed and executed multiple marketing campaigns with a clear view on when you have and haven’t met your objectives. 
  • You are highly empathetic by nature and have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with social, email and/or content management software tools a plus (for example MailChimp, WordPress, Hootsuite). 
  • Experience in Lifecycle marketing, PR and/or events seen favourably.
  • You are comfortable and confident when faced with ambiguity. You disrupt the status quo, go all in, and constantly innovate and create. 
  • You have a strong work ethic, with a proven desire to achieve and ability to perform in a complex, multi-disciplinary role.
