The Position
St John of God Murdoch Hospital is seeking a committed and efficient Administrative Assistant to join the friendly and supportive team in the Main Theatre.
As Administrative Assistant – Perioperative Services you will provide clerical and reception duties and maintain patient records at ward level. You will provide a high standard of reception service to a broad range of customers.
This full time 6 month contract is offering 76 hours per fortnight.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Ability to work within and contribute to the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Good interpersonal skills and a high level of oral and written communication.
- Ability to prioritise and coordinate work flow to achieve efficient and effective clerical support service.
- Working knowledge of a range of computer applications eg. word processing, spreadsheet and patient management system.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with the public, patients and all levels of staff.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
