Junior Account Manager – Full-time permanent x 1

Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Webmasters team as the next Junior Account Manager. Webmasters is a boutique digital service solutions agency offering a range of website development and digital marketing services. Based in Derrimut, you will be a critical member of an established sales and marketing team. Within a warm and welcoming culture, staff receive the necessary supports and on the job training to reach targets and set goals.

Job Description includes:

• New Business Prospecting & Development
• Revenue Generation
• Account Management
• Meeting & Exceeding KPI's
• Achieving Sales Quota
• Working closely with the Director

Candidate requirements:

Key Selection Criteria:

• Previous experience in a customer service/sales role
• Computer Literate
• Ability to strengthen customer relationships
• Experience in Digital Marketing desirable
• Telephone sales experience is desirable

• Able to work with minimal supervision.

The Benefits:

• Base Salary $45k + Super and Commission structure (On Target Earnings (OTE) $60,000)
