Labourpower has partnered with a National Floral Marketer and we have multiple process worker roles starting 1st March on training shift for 2 weeks then ongoing work with increased hours. based in Derrimut.

The Opportunity:
Working in small teams; you may be assigned to a moving conveyor belt working with different types of flowers or learning the skill of floral bunching and ultimately moving into the bouquet team learning to arrange floral boxes.

Essential Requirements:
The ability to stand for an entire shift, bend, lift and rotate is essential. Working within a cold climate as the warehouse temperature remains cool. Working within a fast paced environment within deadlines is essential.

• Must be able to follow guidelines and safe practices of work
• Reliability with a good work ethic
• Excellent communication; able to follow instructions
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Competent with completing associated paperwork
• Must be a hard worker and physically fit
• Ability to work well under pressure

Shift details:
Mon to Friday and some weekend work - DAY and AFTERNOON - MUST be available for overtime
