One of the leading training companies in the Defence Industry, is looking to bring in a Proposals Manager. As a market leader, they have been in the industry for over 70 years and have an excellent reputation in the market.

Your new role
You will be involved in the whole process from studying RFPs to delivering compliant proposals. You will need to understand what the customer needs, interview stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to produce high quality written concepts. You will also need to have a desire to learn, as well as contribute to improving the company knowledge base.

What you'll need to succeed

• Understand ASDEFCON and the tendering process
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• High level of research skill
• Experience with proposals for Defence pursuits
• Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain Australian Defence Clearances
