JOB DESCRIPTION
The Role
This position supports Council’s direction by developing, implementing and coordinating systems, programs and initiatives that contribute to organisational design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, staff development, change management, capability profiling and workforce planning as well as developing individual, team and organisational capabilities and the culture required for the effective delivery of organisational development
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development or Human Resources Management and/or substantial experience in developing and implementing organisational development frameworks, programs, initiatives and strategies in a diverse workforce;
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of developments (including best practice) in organisational development and building capability, along with skills in successfully initiating programs;
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of the Australian Qualifications and VET Quality Frameworks; and
- Possess and maintain a current motor vehicle drivers’ licence.
