PTA Level 4 $82,351 pa (plus 9.50% super)

About the Role:

In the Learning and Development Coordinator position, you will coordinate the marketing, delivery and evaluation of multi-agency training, along with coordination of the implementation of the multi-agency training calendar.

More specifically, this role will see you coordinating the scheduling and delivery of training and assessment within the state; assisting the L&D Lead to review training, objectives, performance and development of training delivery strategies; assisting with the development of the stateside multi-agency training calendar; monitoring expenditure, administering staff, coordinating roasters and physical training resources; and monitoring and evaluating training processes.

In this position, you will also collaborate with other Agencies to plan, record and monitor instructor utilisation; facilitate communication between the involved parties (Agencies, suppliers, instructors and other resource providers); develop, distribute and monitor the marketing of the training programs; and manage training records and prepare reports for data analysis and measurement purposes. Moreover, you will establish, maintain and enhance customer relationships across all Agencies.

About You:

To succeed in this position, you will have solid expertise developing and implementing a training calendar, along with experience using learning and training records management systems; ability to produce reports and proven experience in the process of awarding both internal and external certificates; and an understanding of RTO requirements associated with the training coordination function.

Moreover, you will bring project co-ordination/management, negotiation and collaboration skills; financial systems knowledge aiming to track and record procurement requests; and a high level written and verbal communication skills.
