Administration Officer
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to work for one of our clients based in Gepps Cross. This will be a short term assignment working Monday to Friday with the potential for an on going fulltime position.
The role:
This will be a varied and interesting role and duties will include:
Answering telephone calls and front counter enquiries, taking accurate information
Taking exisitng account enquiries
Entering client orders into the system
Processing and invoicing Client orders
Raising and receipting PR/PO's
Data entry from a variety of information sources
Outlook emails
Skills required:
23 years' experience within an Administrative role
Excellent attention to detail is ESSENTIAL
Strong MS Office suite skills
The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
Be extremely reliable, organised and selfmotivated
Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
