Are you passionate about the tourism and hospitality industry?

Do you possess a range of practical skills suitable to a caravan park environment?

We are taking expressions of interest for Caravan Park Management couples/teams across our 11 locations. Previous experience in an accommodation management role is essential.

The position will require you to deal with the day-to-day management and operations, managing a team of staff, and striving to reach the goals of the business.

We currently operate all of the 9 locations below:

- Bargara Beach Caravan Park

- Beachlands Holiday Park

- Eildon Riverside Holiday Park

- Halls Gap Caravan Park

- Halls Gap Gardens Caravan Park

- Mannum Riverside Caravan Park

- Port Elliot Holiday Park

- Port Hughes Tourist Park

- Rainbow Beach Holiday Park

A successful applicant will posses the following traits:

  • Exceptional customer service, sales & public relations skills.
  • Responsive to customer's needs with excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Motivation & management of staff.
  • Knowledge of RMS9+ or similar booking software.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Strong practical skills in landscaping, property & facilities maintenance.
  • Assistance with development of landscaping and upgrading of general park facilities as required.
  • Equipment maintenance, including pool, plant and power tools.
  • Minor construction of park buildings, cabins and caravans maintenance.
  • Experience in managing budgets.
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills.
  • Enthusiasm & attention to detail.
  • Weekend and public holiday availability.

Competitive annual salaries are available based on previous experience and suitability to the roles available. Performance based incentives are also available dependant on meeting specific KPI requirements.

All Management positions within our Company come with the approval to occupy the onsite residence. Rental and utility fees will be calculated in to the remuneration package offered to a successful applicant.
