Let’s talk about what you want!

Do you want the chance to work with a team that does things differently?

Check this out. We are a team of experienced individuals that have been involved in the disability industry for years and between us, we have seen the good the bad and the ugly!

Our vision is to continue to completely change the industry by providing support in a way that most providers would say is impossible. We are one of the ONLY QLD-wide providers that is completely virtual, ensuring Client funding is being used where it should be – towards good Support Workers for as many hours as possible.

Our mission even prior to the NDIS is to give true choice and control to live lives as independently as possible. That’s why our Clients choose YOU, our Clients create their own roster, in fact, they write the better half of this ad!

Working with our Clients, you have the chance to actually make a huge difference and a positive impact in people’s lives. You can be a part of allowing our Client to achieve true freedom, like any human being should have.

Are you a Support Worker that is relatable and compassionate?

Great, this is exactly what we are after! We need Support Workers that can really relate to our Clients, make their day and communicate really well. Someone who has empathy for our Client and makes their shifts centred around our core purpose – to support.

If you want these things, then start getting excited, because your life is about to get better!

We truly love our Support Workers and our Clients. We treat them like family and expect them to be open and honest and willing to consistently improve and work together. If this sounds like you, then tell us why this job is for you!
