Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC) are looking for a Jobs Advisor with highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills to join the team. This is a new, full time role with a monthly ADO, based in our Robina office. If you are excited about creating employment opportunities for customers and supporting their transition to work, we want to hear from you!

What are we looking for?

Someone who is passionate about providing our customers with a high level of personalised support and service through individual and group sessions. You are organised with a drive to achieve agreed objectives and targets, and can confidently manage your own caseload of job seekers to facilitate positive employment outcomes. With an empathetic nature, you easily build relationships with a diverse range of people while simultaneously assessing the individual’s needs and identifying appropriate supports to minimise barriers to obtaining sustainable, ongoing employment.
