Our client is a leading agency in Brisbane's CBD. This is an agency that has maintained their independence and grown to be one of the strongest brands in the area. Servicing a majority of Brisbane's CBD real estate and luxurious apartments, this is a record-breaking agency that genuinely keeps the needs of people at the heart of every communication.

This agency is looking for a confident Administration Assistant who can manage the back end of their business to help them take their business to the next level. To be successful for this role you will have at least 3 years experience providing administrative and marketing support to lead agents and also have a personality and confidence to be able to manage upwards to keep things on track.

The Candidate:
  • Previous 3+ years previous Real Estate Experience
  • Strong administration skills and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Diary management (ensuing the maximisation of the time management each day)
  • Organising personal marketing for the agent including social media
  • Manage the coordination of marketing campaigns including submissions, preparation of marketing material and presentations
  • Process appraisal packs and coordinate follow up appointments
  • Book professional photography, property signs and all other marketing
  • Submit and book marketing proofs adhering to strict deadlines
  • Manage the uploading of all new listing material including copy writing, photography and videos
  • Created property descriptions, brochures, mail-outs, editorials and advertising for all property listings
  • Managing timelines of multiple campaigns at once
  • Database management
  • Process form 6s and contracts
  • Manage, create and maintain electronic and hard copy files
  • Post-sale gifts & vendor follow up
