Working for a top-tiered financial services company in the Sydney CBD on a high profile retail banking project in a large collaborative team.

Role Overview

A Senior Business Analyst is needed to work with multiple project stakeholders to analyse and synthesise information, understand the project context and deliverables, complete business analysis activities, document and manage the requirements throughout the project end to end, and other analysis activities such as testing and process mapping.

A background, or comprehensive understanding, of consumer products or retail banking is required for this opening. (Savings accounts, term deposits, credit cards, home loans, etc) 

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years Business Analyst experience 
• Detailed knowledge of retail banking products and their end to end life cycle experience (Mortgages, Cards, Term Deposits, Consumer Lending, etc) is essential
• Previous banking project experience is essential 
• Detailed knowledge of business analysis responsibilities
• Strong communication, particularly verbal
• Ability to deal with multiple stakeholder groups concurrently (e.g. Risk, Marketing, Product, Compliance etc.)
