Do work that makes a difference

Opportunity for an experienced Change Specialist to plan and implement change management strategies and activities across the Accelerated Data Consolidation Program (ADCP) to support the delivery of business objectives and outcomes relating to the consolidation of Bank's data on the enterprise data warehouse.

You will have work collaboratively with Scrum teams and across the organisation to embed, influence and lead change that impacts processes, structure, people and systems.

Your team

Reporting directly to the Program Manager, you will lead change efforts working closely with Scrum teams, external and internal business stakeholders, IT and Enterprise Data Office (EDO) to provide change management expertise and leadership.

Your background

To be successful in this critical role you will possess;

  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to the Bank or relevant experience.
  • Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci or APMG Change Management Practitioner) or equivalent (Desirable).
  • Extensive knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches including Agile (Scrum) and traditional phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Exposure to Business and IT Operating models and processes
  • Demonstrated leadership, influencing and relationship management skills across all levels of stakeholders'.
