A solid client-side organisation with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. You'll be joining a company with a strong pipeline of work with multiple projects across residential and industrial assets.
Having grown to a team of nearly 50, they're looking to add a Project Manager to help with an ever increasing workload.
You'll be supported by some of the best in the business and given a structured career pathway to become an SPM in due course.
The Role
- Regular site visits ensuring quality and program schedule are in check
- Work with main contractors to ensure key project milestones are met
- Cost reporting
- Attend drawdown inspections
- Assist Senior Project Manager with ad-hoc responsibilities
- Work on projects from Design through to handover
- Previous site based construction experience - ideally on residential projects - is essential
- Organised with strong attention to detail - you'll need to spot issues early on and flag them before they escalate.
- Great soft skills - ability to communicate with builders and report back
- Have the confidence to push back on builders when required
- Hungry to pursue a career in Project Management
- Tertiary qualification in Construction / Project Management preferred
- A full Australian Drivers license is needed in order to be considered for this role.
