We need a recruitment resourcer to Assist our operations team. Working alongside the consultants, you must have the capabilities to support high volume recruitment with passion and sense of urgency. 

Your duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support
  • Obtain reference checks for candidates
  • Sourcing candidates for the right role
  • Telephone duties
  • Updating databases and active contact lists

To be successful you must display the following:

  • Previous experience recruiting (advantageous)
  • Impeccable time management
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Exceptional customer service
