About the job

Due to ongoing success in our Facilities Management segment, we are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to a full time position based at our client site in Osborne, SA. This key role coordinates maintenance tasks, deploys and coordinates work undertaken by Service Delivery partners and is accountable for the management of the daily work schedule. This role has a high level of administration activities and would suit a someone with a strong administration/coordination work history.

Key responsibilities include:
Manage a high volume of incoming work orders in a timely and efficient manner
Contractor management - request/receive quotes, allocation/completion of maintenance activity
Answer customer questions about the scope of services, making appropriate suggestions to resolve the problem
Promptly respond and provide the best customer service possible
Input and track data into various systems to track and follow up on customer requests
Take meeting minutes and distribute to all relevant parties
Receipting and remittance of invoices
Commitment to safety and incident reduction wherever possible

Qualifications

About you

To be successful in this role, you showcase a strong knowledge of facilities coordination within a large-scale industrial environment. You have a high level of computer literacy and can pick up systems quickly. You possess approachable, friendly, and positive demeanour with the ability to work with a variety of people. Your ability to multitask and remain on target in a fast-paced environment and support the broader team will see you succeed.
