This position presents an excellent opportunity for you to join a busy team to provide strong support in new and existing corporate applications. Your demonstrated experience in application and user support will assist you to deliver services that meet user and organisational needs, in this 6 months Fixed Term Full time contract based at Mile End working full time.

Business software application and database technical support and enhancement
Software application monitoring, issue identification and resolution
Contribute to business ICT and quality improvement activities
Delivery of high quality responsive customer service
Service requests
Contribute to business ICT contingency plans, policies, procedures, processes and planning
and much more

Key criteria are:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and use initiative
Excellent knowledge in SQL environments, including TSQL queries, stored procedures, and high-level database administration, including SSIS, SSRS
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SSIS.
Knowledge in Powershell Scripting
MuleSoft knowledge (desirable)

About you.

You are a talented and passionate IT Professional with:
Experience with maintaining corporate applications in a large organisation
Proficiently use query languages and report writing tools with essential SQL and SSRS
Demonstrated experience delivering expert customer service support, with the ability to identify user requirements and appropriate solutions
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to liaise with a wide variety of people
Advanced problem solving, troubleshooting, analytical and decision making skills
Tertiary qualifications in an IT or related field are highly desirable
