JOB DESCRIPTION
Dental Assistant required for small long-established practice.
The position would be for 2-3.5 days per week.
Experience is preferred.
The role would include dental nurse and reception duties.
Employment as casual.
Location in Western Suburbs.
Job Type: Casual
Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Eligibility:
- Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Required)
Duties:
- Providing chair-side assistance (e.g. handing equipment to dentists, spraying and suction)
- Taking records, impressions, or x-rays
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed (e.g. billing, maintaining patient records)
- Routinely maintaining and sterilising equipment
- Assisting with front office tasks as needed (e.g. reception)
