Our client, an innovative manufacturer of irrigation infrastructure serving the agriculture sector is searching for an Office Manager to support the smooth effective processes across the business divisions.

In this role you will be a key contributor reporting directly to the Marketing, Sales & Administration Manager in a flat and dynamic structure. Your key responsibilities in this role will include;

• Supporting Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Production and Accounts with administrative tasks
  
• Answering phones and directing enquiries to the relevant person
  
• Talking to customers about products and taking sales orders
  
• Ensuring the company brand style guide is followed
  
• Entering data and interacting with SAP system
  
• Recording details of repair jobs & liaising with customer
  
• Preparing monthly reports on repairs performance
  
• Organising & collating outstanding orders and reporting weekly
  
• Maintaining inventory level of parts & reconciling with SAP
  
• Assisting with implementing a CRM system & supporting SAP throughout business
  
• Maintaining staff records
  
• Ordering & maintaining stock levels of stationery and consumables.
  

The role will suit someone who genuinely wants to contribute to the team success. You ideally have experience in a similar environment, solid organisational skills and a great work ethic. Computer literacy in the Microsoft suite and high level communication skills which enables you to contribute to a positive workplace environment will be valuable.
