JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Executive Officer with exceptional skills and initiative to provide high-level executive support and coordination of work on behalf of the Commissioner. The role will deliver high quality assured and well-researched briefings, reports, correspondence and other corporate documents to and on behalf of the Commissioner and maintain detailed knowledge of progress across the QFCC program of work and provide high-level information and advice to the Commissioner about associated risks and issues. The role will work collaboratively with staff across the QFCC to ensure the interests of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people, families and communities are recognised and articulated in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategies, policies and initiatives.
