The Role

We are looking for a full-time or part-time registered migration agent to be based in our Sydney office and help grow our business there. You should have a well-developed knowledge of migration law along with an understanding of the international education sector.

You will be part of a young and dynamic team that is looking for creative ways to extend our footprint in Sydney, NSW and around Australia. With a primary focus on STV, TR, 491, 189/190 and Skills Assessment you may also be required to manage AAT and other visa cases. 

Duties

• Meet with the client regarding migration matters
• Counsel clients on migration options to best suit their needs
• Prepare and administer client contracts
• Collect, prepare and lodge documents to DHA
• Prepare communications on behalf of applicants
• Ensure files are managed appropriately, as per procedure and as directed
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations and Code of Conducts is maintained at all times
• Assist in other practice areas as required
