  • Based in Newcastle, Taree, Lithgow, Orange or Bathurst by negotiation
  • Generous remuneration package. Salary from $97,152 to $107,541 plus superannuation and annual leave loading

Our Housing and Property Group are currently seeking two Project Officers to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects for their Crown Lands Division.

As a Project Officer, you will be responsible for managing capital upgrade projects across the State including conducting site inspections, managing maintenance programs for built assets, and have involvement in budget development for these projects. You will create content such as fact sheets and procedures. You will also assist with asset management system development and implementation in Crown Lands.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in project management with the ability to support numerous projects concurrently. You will possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a high attention to detail.

You will have a genuine interest in environment assessment and management coupled with skills in asset management, data analysis and project coordination. An understanding of the approval and assessment process relating to land and environment management will be key to your success.

Prior experience in construction, planning and assessment or knowledge of infrastructure design will be highly regarded.
