The role:

Kiama Municipal Council is looking for a passionate and caring Child Minder / Creche Attendant to work on a permanent part time basis at the Leisure Centre. Provide high quality childcare within a positive, safe and happy environment and assist with the planning, preparing and administration of play based activities. This role will work across a span of hours (roster based).

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Current Working With Children's Check

About you:

You will be experienced in caring for children and creating a positive and fun environment for children and their families. You will have experience in ensuring the space is clean, safe and welcoming and be able to promote the Leisure Centre as having a friendly and healthy atmosphere.

We offer:

  • Permanent part time role, minimum 8 hours per week (working across a span of hours - roster based)
  • Base pay rate of $21.61 per hour
  • plus 9.5% superannuation
  • Access to the Fitness Passport
