Workgroup Leader Property Maintenance
Our Open Space, Recreation and Property portfolio is responsible for planning and delivering a diverse range of projects to enhance and shape a leading and liveable City.
The Workgroup Leader Property Maintenance is responsible for providing strong leadership and effective communication skills in order to deliver a high-quality customer experience in the provision of building repairs and maintenance service to the organisation.
We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking and achievement orientated person to lead and motivate a small workgroup.
Demonstrating a passion and commitment to leadership, you will work as a constructive team member to positively role model our organisational values and encourage accountability. You will be responsible for ensuring a balance between delivering repair and maintenance activities and developing the team as individuals.
It is essential that all applicants have a current driver’s licence and trade qualifications in a relevant field.
