About the role:
The Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer is primarily responsible for reporting and maintaining documentary evidence of CDP’s performance. Reporting directly to the Performance Support Manager (PSM), this role is pivotal and is required to provide accurate and timely reports on performance of individual sites (which will be measured against the National Indigenous Australians Agency KPI’s). In addition to this, the Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer is also required to deliver high quality support to our site teams.

This position is based in Darwin, NT

Responsibilities

  • Contract administration management – this involves understanding the terms of the contract and identifying potential compliance issues
  • Delivery of customer service excellence
  • A willingness to optimise outcomes of CDP participants through working with sites to develop job seeker profiles and identify pathways, skills, and barriers
  • Maintain relationships with remote sites and key stakeholders
  • Provide the ALPA CDP remote sites with the required reporting tools to increase performance outcomes that align with NIAA KPI’s outlined in the funding agreement.
  • Report on site performance weekly and conduct random site audits as directed
  • Conduct bi-annual site audits in line with requirements set out by ALPA, NIAA, and the terms of the contract
  • Undertake all necessary processes outlined in the ALPA CDP Performance Operations Manual to ensure the success of the ALPA CDP program
  • Maintain records and documentation of all CDP activities
Skills and Experience
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar QA&C administration role. With experience working in the CDP ECSN system highly regarded
  • Knowledge and experience with CDP and supporting teams to deliver positive outcomes
  • Competency with various computer, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
  • Ability to identify, investigate, and report on inconsistencies in information and data
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to travel out to community on occasions to support teams
  • Current NT Drivers licence and vehicle
