  • Based in Newcastle, Taree, Lithgow, Orange or Bathurst by negotiation
  • Generous remuneration package. Salary from $85,488 to $94,327 plus superannuation and annual leave loading

Our Housing and Property Group is currently seeking a Project Support Officer to provide project and operations support for our Crown Lands Division.

As a Project Support Officer, you will undertake a range of project research, analysis, reporting and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects. You will be responsible for assisting the team in project management duties such as reporting on project milestones, deliverables and ensuring cost and quality indicators are on track. You will also assist in communications, marketing and management for Crown Land tracks and trails and with building team FAQ’s (fact sheets) on procedure manuals and asset system management.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in providing project support and administrative activities, with experience in monitoring project milestones to ensure deliverables are achieved on time and of quality. Your ability to effectively manage a high workload, prioritise key tasks and provide support on multiple project activities will be key to your success.

You will also possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams. Ideally you will have studied or have experience in environment assessment, asset management, data analysis or project coordination.
