Hudson are partnering with a financial firm based in the CBD of Adelaide. They have a close-knit and committed team of caring and professional individuals who are looking for extra help as they experience peak workloads. The Role
Our client is seeking experienced Mortgage Service Officers to join their team temporarily for a 2 to 4 month period.
Daily duties involve:
Review applications to Broker Application checklists
Timely follow up on application processes, chasing outstanding documents
Updating records and preparing applications for approval consideration
Reviewing applications and checking against lending guidelines
Skills & Experience
Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
Essential skills in Adobe, Outlook
Experience in Sandstone/ Lending Originations/ Ordering valuations
Proven adherence to following policy guidelines.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Settlement experience - booking and liaising with conveyancers and PEXA desirable
