JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an energetic and innovative Project Cost Administrator to join our team based in Mackay Qld who will primarily be responsible for maintaining accurate cost control records by generating process claims, administrating project invoices, goods receipting, and performing general cost control and reconciliation tasks.
About You
You will have a proven track record in the mining industry with an attitude that safety comes first. It is essential that you have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of SAP
- Intermediate Word and Excel Skills
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
- High levels of attention to detail
- Great time management skills
- The ability to work within a team and unsupervised
